Hi,
So i have a sample of FUBAR here and i'm going to take it before i hit the gym.
the sample pack came with 2 caps and the Directions say take 30min before the gym.
do i take 1 or both caps?
help?

yea so i guess nobody knew and i just dosed both.
i was hyper as hell in the gym...coulda been the FUBAR or it coulda been that i just booked a massive trip....either way, great workout!!

I take 2 pre-wo, but some do only take 1.

On the side of the miniature sample box there is a Dosing Schedule / Pre-Workout - Every Workout / 1-2 Capsules.
Some users will use 1 capsule, so in this case you have 2 samples. This is an individual preferance. Should you be lucky enough to have received 2 Miniature Sample Packs - try one day with 1 capsule and if you are comfortable with this, you could try 2 capsules next time.
