    100 g of chicken breast = how many cups?

    Hey everyone;

    I have pre-cooked diced chicken that I'm using in my rice. How many cups would 100 g be?

    Thanks for any help.

    Haha, no I mean how many cups is in 100 g of chicken.

    In other words, I measure out my meals with a measuring cup and the nutritional facts I have for the Chicken Breast are in grams.. which I need in cups. (since the chicken is diced).

    Volume doesn't necessarily correlate to weight since the size of the pieces, their packing, etc... will muck up the consistency.

    Canned chicken for instance is ~60 grams per 1/4 cup.

    Thanks for the help to both you of.

    I'll just use about 3/4 of a cup of chicken breast.

    Thanks sooo much. It helps a lot more than just grabbing a handful.

    Couldn't you just put it in a bowl and weigh it?
