So I might have to cuts off my boobs to get rid of 40 lbs!
Apparently that's how much my DD breast weigh and I weigh 160...STILL!! I've been working out so hard and I STILL weigh 160!! WHY?! I'm about to go crazy, I still feel fat sometimes and even though I've noticed a decrease in certain areas but overall I think I'm still a little big. It's not a insecure thing I just feel there are a few areas that I could stand to lose a few....
Any ideas? Do you have any ideas or tips to slim me down?
Yes I drink TONS of water, I've cut out a lot of starch and no fried foods....'
I dont know how to embed pics so I attached it but I'd like Ms. Williams shape.... so even though I dont look like I weigh this much I really do and if you can recommend some tips so that I could slim down my belly to her size that would help
I think people will ALWAYS hate how comfortable I am in my own skin, and I can live with that :)

Then there are the wolves and the wolves feed on the sheep without mercy. Do you believe there are wolves out there who will feed on the flock without mercy? You better believe it. There are evil men in this world and they are capable of evil deeds. The moment you forget that or pretend it is not so, you become a sheep. There is no safety in denial.

It's all about your calories and what you're eating in a day. Even if you cut out the junk food, you still have to make sure you're getting in the right macros/numbers throughout the day.
Looking at your pics, you still have to drop bodyfat in order to see more results!!

The first thing I want to say is that you look very beautiful. It is rare to see someone with great curves and to keep their physique the way it is. It does seem that you're being too conscious about your body. The last thing you want to do is lose your natural curves because that is how it makes your body stand out. You have been doing the right thing so far and it is probably that you might want to change up your workout a bit. A little more weightlifting and eating healthier are the only ways to lose the fat. I would recommend that you do a bodyfat test. The average woman should be around 22 to 25 percent. You do not want to get too lean because that is very dangerous for the body.
One mistake most people do is when training the stomach. Unless it is flat enough where there's very little bodyfat in that area, you should not be working it at all. If you workout your stomach when it's big, it is only going to get bigger. Wait until the stomach gets a bit flatter and then start working out the abs. Your abs will thank you for that.
Weightlifting will definitely help you by becoming sexier and also being much stronger. Squats, lunges, step-ups, Straight legg deadlifts, leg presses, etc... are great for the legs. You'll have a firmer and stronger butt and thighs. The chest I would not worry about at all because it is a part of who you are physically. You are a naturally, thick woman and there's nothing wrong with that.
Bike riding works well with losing the weight. Not only you will lose a few more pounds but your legs will get stronger. Try doing more bike riding in your cardio routine. I would also recommend that you buy a sweat belt. These things help by getting rid of the extra water that might hanging around the body. Here's a picture of it. It's the blue thing that goes across the stomach. Drinking too much water can also lead to weight gain even if has no calories. It is how you manage your meals that determines if you're going to lose or gain weight.
I hope these things help you out and if you have any questions, just reply back. Just be patient and you will have the body you desire. There's no need for more drama in your life.

No. Don't wait to strengthen your abdominals. They will not get big. Reduce your bodyfat and your stomach will flatten.
I assume you mean water weight (which is a temporary state). Although, I think I've heard that drinking a certain amount of water can actually flush you out, rather than making you look bloated. (But maybe there's some threshold you can reach beyond which you do get bloated?)

Any food or liquid, including water, will make anyone gain weight. For the case of water, it is mostly due to sodium. Sodium is a mineral that retains water in the body. When you have too much sodium, the water tends to stay in your body for a much larger period of time. This is the main reason why when you see bodybuilders with very low bodyfat. The first thing that they usually do is reduce their sodium intake.
Water has its good and bad sides. Drinking too much water can lead to death (Lady who wanted to win a Nintendo Wii). Anyways, as long you know how to manage your meals, anyone will be okay.
Body structures play a huge role because not everyone has the same body type. Fragile, in her case, is a woman with big curves. If fragile reduces her weight to about 145-150, I believe she will be okay. Her breasts are naturally big so there's really nothing she could do about that. If she loses too much weight, her breasts will actually start to sag due to less weight supporting her body.
Fragile, you have been training well and keep doing your best. Patience and pride are the two keys to have great success.
There is some... interesting advice in this thread.
It's all about diet girl, and looks like your genetics are tuned for having large breasts, so there's only so much you can do. Plus, your glands play a big role in breast size, unlike other parts of the body where fat is stored. (not saying your glands have nothing to do with entire body functioning) That's why when some people get breast reductions, they just grow back. Unfortunately, i think you're genetically predisposed to having larger breasts.

lol yea I've got the big boobs and I thank you for the advice

LOL there's no way your breasts weigh 40lb, you'd be hard pressed to find a bra that could support 20lb in each cup! You'd hardly be able to stand up straight with that much weight attached to your chest.
Keep up the cardio and continue with a healthy eating plan, you will see results in the end.

What she said. Especially the last part. How many threads have you seen on here where women are complaining about losing breast size when they reduce bodyfat? Plenty. Sure, there's genetic disposition to larger breasts and hormone levels play into it, but eating clean, watching your calories and macros, increasing cardio to drop bodyfat is what will reduce breast size as much as you're genetically able. Do you know your current BF%?

Good advice and I also want to add, do lots of resistance weight training as you might find that building up pectorial muscle and reducing bodyfat might help to reduce your breast size!
