    Powertec equipment - limitations?

In regards to their Leverage machines such as:

    Leverage Lat pull/tricep
    Squat/Calf
    Trow/shrug
    Pec/Delt

Being 6'4", I wanted to ensure I could use these machine comfortably. Are there any tall people here that used some of their leverage units?

    Thanks.

Take a look at the Body Solid leverage machine. It's more robust and durable for a little bit more dough.

At 6'4" I guarantee that you'd hate the leverage squat/calf. I'm 5'11" and the starting position for calf work is MUCH too low. The machine needs to be redesigned so the starting position can be made higher for taller users.

The squat/calf I'll probably just use a barbell then.
Would being 6'4" hamper me from using the other machines effectively?

    Leverage Lat pull/tricep
    Trow/shrug
    Pec/Delt

Powertec is made for average sized individuals.

I bought their lat machine and I couldn't get even near a full stretch on the damn thing.

I hated my squat/calf from PTec...I had to squat way, way down just to get under the damn thing. Even if you have it set on its highest bar-stop, you still have to get way down to get under it. I'm 6'3, by the by.

I'll have a new Leg Sled from them sometime in the next 1-4 weeks depending on shipping, I'll let you know how that measures up. And I have their MaxiCrunch machine, which is totally awesome and fits me perfectly.
Screw the normal people. I'm going to put on a mask and hit people until the world's a better place.
