First Day
Today was a lazy day. Didn't want to go to the gym, didn't feel like lifting. But I told my friend I'd go in and do 100's with him so I shuffled my ass in. Went lighter, I think the low carbs is just a little too low today. I've been keeping my calories at around 1200 the last few days and carbs mostly at breakfast.
Workout:
3 minute warmup on treadmill
2 sets (50 reps each set) for all exercises
Flat bench press - 30lbs
BB shoulder press - 30lbs
Machine low rows - 10lbs
Cable tricep pressdowns (singles) - 15lbs
Cable bicep curls (singles) - 15lbs
Crunches and trunk twists
10 minutes on bike
Like I said lazy day today.
Diet was good......until the chocolates came out. 3 mini twixes but that's ok. I'm going to my other gym tomorrow so I'll hit the stairmill for some extra burn. Tomorrow will be a cheat meal, we're having chili-burgers at work. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/DayFoodsTab.asp
(in case anyone's interested in my diet)
I added my picture holding the newspaper so I'm official now! Ok, the couch is calling.

Cardio
Workout today consisted of 25 minutes on the stairclimber and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I haven't done just a cardio day in a really long time. Usually, if I'm near the weights I'm hittin it. But it felt good. Had my cheat meal of a cheeseburger and a little bit of chilli and some nachos. Right now calories are at about 900. Not feeling all that hungry right now so maybe I'll whip up some eggs or something a bit later.
Not much else to report right now. Sorry.

My stomach is finally shrinking. My regular 1st meal is now too much food. I couldn't finish it. Usually it's:
3 egg whites, 2 turkey sausages, whole wheat tortilla (or wheat bread) and an ounce of cheddar cheese. It used to be 4 eggs but I cut that down too. I wasn't hungry at all last night. I had the burger around 11am, I had a dentist and physical therapy appointment yesterday so I didn't get in my regular shake and snack before the gym. Wasn't even all that hungry. It was also 100 degrees outside, when it gets that hot I don't really feel like eating. I had a handful of grapes last night when I got home and that was about it.
