You can these things to your egg whites:
-green onions
-salt
-pepper
-low fat cheese
You can use any kind of seasoning you want really...try making egg salad sandwiches (you dont have to eat it on bread if your diet doesn't allow it), use no fat mayo...

Add any veggies that you like to it! I like to add a little ground turkey to it, yummy!

I like my egg whites sweet...a little cinnamon and splenda...I also like making a tuna patty w/ them too

faux pancake
6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 teaspoon nutmeg and cinnamon, 2 tsp vanilla extract ( i sometimes use coconut, almond or even strawberry, coconuts the best!) splenda. mix together. medium heat 4-5 minutes each side.

When I'm craving chocolate I whip my egg whites into a meringue, add cocoa and splenda and microwave them. Instant souffle. If I'm feeling esp. bad I'll add a tbl. or two of whipped cream cheese.

i mix in cinnamon, splenda and scramble. then i put sugar free stawberry preserves on top...sounds gross but it's really good

I like my eggwhites (1c.) with 1/3c. of oats, 1c. of cut up strawberries and 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder... and I sprinkle one packet of Sweet N Low in it
and you can top your omelets off with apple sauce too
