The law is funny like that, I was watching Judge Judy and a guy there was telling a story about how he was charged for reckless endangerment when he had a gun pointed at his face, he push the gun away from him and the gun fired and hit another guy in the neck.
How the hell was he the one charged for reckless endangerment? He was defending himselfOn the list for Bannukah

k, my jaw actually popped (from falling open so fast) when I read the last lines...
I really can picture the entire ordeal though... you really do have a gift for writing.T.H.I.N.K before you speak. Ask yourself, is it TRUE, HELPFUL, INSPIRATIONAL, NECESSARY, and KIND? If not, then just keep it to yourself.

Wow. Reminds me of the other thread I got negative reps on.
How can so many people stroke someone for doing something amazingly immature and stupid?
Here it comes...==

It is illegal to park in front of a driveway, correct? The point about the gate being open or not is inconsequential. You should have spent your extra effort going and having a sign made that states so and that vehicles will be towed. Now you may end up having a rock thrown through your auto or house window in a drive-by, putting others at risk besides yourself.

Makes me think of the time my lard ass neighbour decided to build a two foot wall on the pavement which he extended to about 2 meters in front of my home. I made enquires as to what was going on and asked him to remove the structure from in front of my property.
Nothing happened. A week later it still sat there.
That Saturday he was standing outside on the street drinking beer with all his mates. I came out with a sledgehammer and broke the wall down. They went silent. Just looked at me, said nothing, did nothing. I guess he could see that I was annoyed.
I mangled it real good & then threw all the broken bricks onto his side of the road and went back inside.
Never heard anything from him.
Needless to say, we’re not on speaking terms.
Sometimes people do something deliberately and turning the other cheek doesn’t resolve the problem. It in fact encourages further abuse.
There is definitely a time to stand up when you’re a man. Personally I think that this was that time.Walk in the Light. It's easier to see the Truth there.

Here's the thing BH, I usually agree with your approach I think when provoked, occassional violent outburts are a viable remedy.
But this lady was in front of your house, dropping her kid off....
She knows where you live and goes by there everyday. Im not saying she was right, but you now have a long term issue because concievably she will be coming to your area every school day (or her husband).Sig = not worth the petty B.S.

You Are A Moron!
I would be too embarassed to ever admit doing something like YOU did.
Sure IF that is how the woman reacted she was out of line, but instead of being a real man about it, you turned into a 12 year old.
People like you are the debases of society. You weaken the culture that is humanity simply by your own exsistance.....
You troll around the forums shooting off your suck just because YOU think you have something to say that others want to hear.
You are not the man you think you are, but a loser!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is probably how it went in her household that night.
Crazy Lady says to her husband: "I was parking in front of this guys driveway and he tried starting **** with me so I told him to go F himself and then he came out with a crowbar and busted my windows! I want you to go beat the **** out of him!!!"
Crazy Ladies Husband : "What the F is wrong with you ! You parked in front of a guys driveway !?! You don't ever do that! A driveway is a man's sanctuary you dumb #$@. ! Dumb@ss woman! Always starting **** with somebody then expects me finish it! Now, you call the insurance company- not me!!"

Or....
"911 - what is you emergency?"
"Hello - I would like to report an assault....a guy attacked me, and smashed out my car windows"
"Where did this happen, ma'am?"
"123 Main St., Da Bronx"
"Oh - that man has a record of violent outbursts - we will go pick him up now."
Not trying to attack John, but this is, IMHO, 100% unacceptable behavior from any human, let alone a man in his 40s with a house, job, and family to take care of.
I would tend to call shenanigans on the whole post, but I have no real reason to doubt the authenticity.

If it had been me, I would have asked her to PLEASE go get her husband and get him involved.
I had somebody acting like a real jackass towards me a few weeks back. I told them, very calmly "hey, I have a match tonight, and throwing you a beating would be a great warmup. If that's what you want I'd be more then happy to accomodate you"

And you are a coward... obviously a regular on the forums that hid behind a fake account because stating your true opinion under your regular username scares the crud out of you.
I agree that BH acted in a manner that is not to be applauded, but I do not think making a new account to berate him is really something a REAL MAN would do... or woman for that matter.
I have discussed with John how I feel about his fighting/anger in PMs. I believe that is how someone with courage and not cowardice would respond. Mature adults do not act as you have...
