    What? :o

The cookies and cream flavour is FANTASTIC, dude, it tastes exactly like cookies and cream i dont see how it made that other person "gag".

Cookies and cream = creamy, soft and almost chocolately taste. very drinkable.

Maybe he had it with water? Im talking about having it with skimmed milk.

Agree taste is personal. My favorite by far is the Caramel Toffee Fudge. You mix it with milk and it is hard to believe that it is a protein shake.

It's a protein shake... forget the taste, just get it down.

But if you really want my imput, go with ON double rich chocolate. You just can't go wrong with it... its not bad for a protein shake.

Also, ON cookies and cream with 1:1 milk/water ratio is good (for a cut)

Just forget Vanilla Cream ON casien... absolutely gross

I am about to finish off a 5lb tub of Vanilla Chai. Whenever I ordered it I didn't even know what Chai was. I didn't like it the first time I tried it, but then again I was expecting to taste Vanilla. After that, I really started liking it.

From what I found out, Chai is a spicy milk tea. That is how I would describe the taste as well, kind of cinnamony Vanilla flavor. I really like it doesn't mix well with other things, unless it is a latte or something (this is my opinion anyway). My shake consist of:

    1/2 - 1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of fat free plain yogurt
1/2 cup of whole oates (I grind them)
    2 scoops of protein powder
small handfull of strawberries (about 5 strawberries)
1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter (sometimes)
    1/2 bannana (sometimes)

It's not bad, but would be better with Vanilla Ice Cream. The Chai isn't suited for mixing with fruit (again my opinion)

I'm also about to finish my 5lb tub of Vanilla Chai. Wasn't really sure what it was either, was expecting a little more vanilla/coffee flavor. It's actually got a nice subtle vanilla flavor mixed with skim milk (compared to french vanilla creme that I have now). If you mix your PWO shake with maltodextrin/dextrose than vanilla chai works great with water, otherwise stick to skim milk or another flavor of ON.

Go for the mocha or toffee flavor. They both taste much better then some of the original gold standard(Cookies n cream, mint chocolate)
