Question Lipo-6

Ive been working out for a couple of months now and i dont feel anything good with the way things are going. my diet is alright so is my workout routine. i need to hear from you guys about supplementing my fat loss. ive been looking at LIPO-6 and also SAN TiGHt (women). i want to be able to lose body fat and not gain alot of muscle because i dont feel like looking like a man from taking any of these supplements. i need proper constructive advice cuz its getting frustration doing so much and seeing nothing.

*i take in approx. 2000 - 2500 cals per day. 6 meals splitted up. and yes very clean!.

Low carb diets is good for losing fat... limit your carbs, high protein.

Try morning cardio before breakfast, if you're not doing so.

It's hard to give you a good advice, If you layed out everything you do, we might try and help more... so take a min and lay out your diet and workout routine exactly.
