LIPO 6 hers...any recent takers ???
so i went in asking for a thermo/fat burner with energy....i left with "Lipo 6 hers"
i can't decide if i did the right thing or should i return it (probably have 'till tomorrow)....i've scanned the older posts and still don't know....i actually went in asking for pro lab Thermo Fire, but i don't think they had any....i think terracotta had said she liked it...i have been taking Ferinheit (sp?) right before workouts and i liked it...i also got it for about 8$...the guy was selling that for 39$ or 49$ i think...???
does anyone have any recent experience with this Lipo?

I have. I've been taking it for exactly a whole month (since May 10) and I went to check my stats/measurements and although Im sure the diet/exercise has alot to do with this, I've seen my waist go from a 28.5 to a 28 inches (1/2 in. loss), hips were 38 went to a tight 37.75 (1/4 inch loss), and the thighs ? wow is all i can say. Was 22/22.5 inches and now at just about 21.75 (1/4 inch loss).
So I say it works but you have to keep your eating CLEAN which Im sure you have and know this already :-)
Try it out for the duration of the bottle and see if that worksout for you. Sometimes a change in product can make all the difference. I was ok CLA for oh 2 months or so (2 bottles) and didn't see much changes in inch loss or weight for that matter.
Last time I weighed myself I was at 159 (lowest i seen 2 or 3 wks prior was 156.8). I weigh at the gym as Ive hidden my scale at home LOL. My estimated guess would be Im at 156-157 now but i'll wait and see the "result" at the beginning of July.

thanks prec....
that does sound good, like some overall losses....and yeah...thanks for mentioning the clean eating....yes i do eat verrrry clean....i admit my meal timing needs some work and it's hard to get all my cals in, but i definitly keep that in check
i guess the only thing about the lipo6 that bugs me is the appetite suppressant, which i don't think i need right now AND the price....59.99$$....
just wanted to know if i made the right choice or was i talked into it....
i guess each body is different and i can only experience it myself ?...we'll see...
any other takers?

lipo6
I was going to buy it, then I decided to just buy another bottle of lipo6. I like the product and it works well for me.

I liked Lipo6 but I hated the hers. I felt as though it did nothing for me at all and I stopped taking it. I would try the regular lipo6 if you are really wanting one you know works

Lipo6X
I was going to try the Lipo 6 Hers but decided to continue taking Lipo6X because I like the results I have seen with it and don't want to mess up a good thing. One good thing would be to compare the ingredients and see if one brand seems better than the other.
