    Getting in Shape

    I am 17 ~ 195lbs. I did football and wrestling as a freshman and my body fat was about 7% back then. Now its around 16%. I have a gym membership & a ride now and I want to get into a better all around shape. I dont really care about getting bigger, i just want to get more energy in my daily life and to feel better about myself.

    Im not sure how i should go about this. I figure i should do about 20 mins of cardio every day. But i dont have a basic workout set to start with. I eat decently but im not really interested in monitoring that aspect of my life. Help?

    Well I can tell you one thing, if you do cardio in the morning, I always felt like I had a ton of energy the rest of the day, and when it came time for sleep, i crashed every night.

    Thats what i was thinking about doing. But i still want to get some muscle. Im pretty flabby at the moment. I did some sets of squats, bench, dips and i was doing 95, 65, 100 respectively. I think i need a bit more strength.
