I am 17 ~ 195lbs. I did football and wrestling as a freshman and my body fat was about 7% back then. Now its around 16%. I have a gym membership & a ride now and I want to get into a better all around shape. I dont really care about getting bigger, i just want to get more energy in my daily life and to feel better about myself.
Im not sure how i should go about this. I figure i should do about 20 mins of cardio every day. But i dont have a basic workout set to start with. I eat decently but im not really interested in monitoring that aspect of my life. Help?
