Just curious if there is anything I can/should include in my diet that would benefit or speed up the healing process after a muscle tear and surgery.
i 2nd this question i have a tear in my tendon.. ive been on a cut for about 4 weeks.. hurt for about 2, but me thinks the lack of cals could be slowing down the healing process. comments???

I'd have to say one with lots of food... (Serious)
still high in protein for repair.
