Here goes. I love my working out and wouldn't dream of being inconsistent about it, but when it comes to logging I've been really negligent in the past, which I think has kept me from really pruning out where I need to tweak my routine. So here it goes. This summer I've really rededicated myself to training not only hard, but smart. I'm finishing up a cutting cycle here, then I'll be working on putting on some lbm slowly while keeping the fat gains to a minimum so I can keep good definition for the summer. Advice, criticism, concerns, and questions are always welcomed and appreciated.

7:30 AM: 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
1 cup oats + raisins + cinnamon + sf syrup + quarter cup milk + half syntrax
7:45 DHEA, Tribulus, BA, KA, PEA, AAKG, potassium, multi, fish oil cap, EC
2 pieces whole grain bread. 8 oz chicken breast, 2 cups steamed vegetables, handful of peanuts, quarter protein bar.
Fish oil cap, flax oil cap, potassium, EC
Walked a mile with the boss (not intended as exercise, but figured I?d log it)
Syntrax matrix protein shake with water. (Know it?s not ideal, but we are in meetings all day and adding that to a cup of water is easy and inconspicuous)
Pre-workout meal: half cup cc, half cup oats, half cup skim milk, half scoop matrix more for flavoring than anything, 1 tbsp pb
AAKG, Kre-Alk, BA, Potassium, EC
Legs (squats, lunges, leg extensions, calf raises, straight leg deadlifts), lower back (good mornings, back extensions, dumbbell straight leg deadlifts), 20 minutes cardio, 15 min low to med intensity, 5 cooldown
1.5 scoops whey, ? cup oats, oatmeal raisin cookie, half cup skim milk
7 oz chicken breast, 2 oz beef, 2 cups broccoli, w garlic, black pepper, and a dash of teriyaki
1/2 cup cc, sf syrup, half scoop matrix, tbsp natty pb, 2 fish oil cap, flax oil cap
Tons of water throughout the day, as always.
