To people who have used Bill Starr/Madcow 5x5

After how many weeks do you typically stall out and have to reset lifts?

    Thanks.

Usually around 12 weeks, but depends a lot on what else I have going on at the time (work, diet, sleep etc.)

Mine was set up for 9 weeks and I maintained gains up until the end. However I think its key to be honest about your 1RM at the beginning to enable a good calculation of the starting point and hence at which week you start to break records.
