Need better advice then my own.

Ok so ive changed my diet alot since i started my trainin 3 months ago, i eat one big meal at breakfast time (which is around 1 am) a small meal about 7 am, then some protien before i go to bed which is around 1 pm right after my workout. Meal usually consists of eggs and oatmeal in the morning then meats and usually some kind of noodles with it, (all meals drank with skim milk) and of course the protien at the end of the day. I usually do about 40 mins of abs and and hour of one body part a day. Is my diet doin ok, any ideas of what i need to change, and any good ideas on ab workouts, ive been working hard and im not seeing the change in form of my abs that i would like, Appreciate it. heres my before and after of aboub 1 month focusing on abs.

Hey, I'm sure you will get some better advice than mine, but I'll try anyways.

First I was wondering what you do for ab exercise?
For about 5 months I was doing one of the 8-minute ab videos and it was hard at first but quickly became easy to do for the most part. I didn't see much change, and I'd read a lot that you should train abs with heavier weight to really stimulate them.

Most of the advice I've read has said to treat your abs like any other body part, train them heavy and give them plenty of time to rest and heal before you hit them again or else you'll overtrain them.

Anyways, I switched to using a swiss ball to do crunches and stuff on, it makes it much harder to do than regular floor crunches. I also superset my swiss ball crunches with either hanging knee raises or lying knee raises, usually 5 sets of 15 per exercise kills my abs. After switching to this routine my abs are usually sore for at least a day afterwards if I work them hard, that never happened before. I can usually knock out the 5 sets in about 15 minutes.

Good abs = lower body fat levels, and doing weighted exercises like cable crunches and sit ups with a dumbbell.

If you want to cut the body fat eat less, do more cardio. Do the opposite to bulk up.

well

Well for abs i do real heavy weight, i do a variety of ab exercises but all include heavy weight and on every exercise i do i hold at the peak for at least 5 seconds while flexing my abs... and is it true you can overtrain your abs, i hear that is one of the body parts that no matter how much you do you cannot overtrain.
