Newbie. .

Hey, Im New to bodybuilding. . im 17. . my height is around 5ft 10. . weight 58.80 kilos. . not sure what tht is in pounds. . free fat mass 54.10. . fat mass 4.70. . body composition 8%. . My aim is to gain muscle. . at the moment i am quite ripped. . should get pics up soon. . I have been going to the gym for around2 months now. . my max bench one rep is 80kilos. . as i said im new to this. . so plz onli positive helpful comments. . I am currently just taking Met-rx Whey protein. . ordering creatine capsules soon aswell. . not sure what supplements i shud be starting on so any advice wud be great. . i eat a **** load of junk food. . not good. . needa cut out on tht. . lol . . thnx

I wasn't trying to be a dick dude, but alot of threads out there will give you better info. then random people posting random things (which may not be correct advice) so for a beginner the best tool is the search bar.
