i want to be 155 in 10 weeks which is a 25 lb gain and i was wondering what's better/faster if i go to a higher weight then cut down or just make lean gains to there?
judging from your age, weight, and pic it looks like you are a skinny little dude, i dont think you need to worry about bulking/cutting cycles as of yet. I bet your body will just naturally bulk up and stay pretty lean.
