Hi guys, I'm currently bulking and using York Weight Gainer. You're 'supposed' to take it 2-3 time daily (I take it 3). My question is: would it be OK to take it 4 or more times a day? (in a gaining plateau atm)
Yes is the answer to your question. I don't understand why you'd want to though. The weight you put on will most likely be fat. Supplements are supposed to, well, supplement an existing balanced diet, not be the basis of your diet or the majority of your caloric intake.
