I have lots of Quark here and am fed up with it. Is there a way of making CC or something similar out of it, like after heating it in the micro (or on the stove) and throwing away the water ? The protein gets denaturated and it looks drier. Has anyone got a recipe for a quark dessert with CC-consistency (no eggs) ?
