The question I have is regarding taking Animal Flex and Fish Oil, which is what I am currently doing so. Is it okay to take Animal Flex, which contains flaxseed oil, and Fish Oil or should I drop the Fish Oil while taking Animal Flex?

You should be fine. I don't know of any problems taking fish and flax oil at the same time....heck, the Omega 3-6-9 blends contain both.
