    Stack with creatine mono and whey?

    i need to gain some quick mass in just over a month for a mexico trip im going on. im picking up creatine today and will take it with a whey. i want to know another supp i should take for quick gains that goes great with these two. thought about an animal product. needs to be around $30 and preferably a low cal powder or pill.

    seriously, a month?....even if you put on 10lbs of dry muscle (not gonna happen) you aint gonna look much different at you stats unless all you train is bi's and chest.

    keep training, stick with the creatine and whey and enjoy your trip mate

    really? hell sounds good to me! more money for me. but one question about creatine i couldnt find in stickies, will the extra water weight just mean im like bloated or will it make my abs disappear?. my postworkout will be 41g whey, 10g creatine, 1cup cookie crisp, banana.

    you only need 20g or protein and 3-5g of creatine pwo.

    havent used it years and when i did i wasnt lean so im not the best person to ask. i honestly dont know if it makes you hold water in sub-q fat aswell as muscle. i imagine you would drop the water weight pretty quick when you stopped using it so it might be worth a go.

    With your body stats (tall & skinny) you should still keep your abs, but everybody's different on creatine when it comes to water retention & where it shows ...How much do you really think you are gonna bulk in a month anyways? That's not very long, good luck to you though.
