Thinking of Changing My 4 Day a Week Workout

For the past few months I have been going to the gym 4 days a week but have a 3 day a week workout and repeating the workout on the 4th day as the first. Below is a sample.

Day 1: Chest/Tries
Day 2: Back/ Biceps
Day 3: Shoulders/Legs
Day 4: Chest/Tries

Now I am thinking of changing my workout so I only do workout each part one day a week. I am think of doing this:

Day 1: Chest/Tries
Day 2: Back/ Biceps
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs

Any ideas, comments? Thanks

switching around every few months seems to be a good thing for me at least. I might switch the leg and shoulder day around though to put the lower body in between the upper body routine.

Biceps get hit when you train your back and triceps are worked along with chest and shoulders. Separating them will let you work the two muscles of your guns a bit harder while still getting those big muscle groups that really give you size.
BTW, when do you do cardio? From your stats and pics it doesn't look like you've got a lot of fat to lose, but you should still work to get, and keep, the bodyfat down so those new muscles show.

Part of the reason I want to change up my routine is so I have more time to do cardio. I have been neglecting it lately because my workouts take a bit so it does not leave me a lot of time for cardio. I plan to do it twice a week with my new workout. Thanks for the feed back.
