So right now I am debating between supplementing with creatine or CLA, only one due to the fact that I am on a budget.
First off, my goal is to get cut. I want to lose body fat while preserving (even gaining a little) muscle/strength. So in a sense I am in a "cutting" phase. I only have a little fat covering up my abs right now, and this is what I hope to get rid of.
So, I can not decide between
a) GNC Pro Performance? Amplified Creatine 189

or
b) GNC Pro Performance? Maximum CLA

Which of these will help me achieve the results I want? Will the creatine help me decrease bf? Will the CLA help me preserve muscle? Which is worth it?

Creatine won't directly help you lose fat, and neither will the CLA I believe (although I don't know too much about CLA). But creatine will help to keep your strength up somewhat while you try and lose weight and you also don't get alot of creatine from food to supply your phospho-creatine energy system, so I think supplimenting creatine would be much more beneficial then CLA.

are u using a multivitamin, whey protein, maybe some vitamin c, flax or fish oil already? maybe casein protein?
id use all those before.“Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.”

I worked at a suppliment store, so I know quite a bit about lots of products out there. You could try Lipo 6. Its a fat burner with no ephdrine and I've never heard anyone complain about it hurting them. I've used it myself and absolutely love it, it definately does the job. Looking into something like that would help your cause alot more then creatine or CLA.

I'm really just looking for a pick between the two items I posted.
My impression is that since creatine increases muscle mass, it also increases metabolism and will aid in fat loss. If anything, won't the shock of being able to push myself a lot harder with exercising break me out of this fat loss plateau that I am stuck on.
Also, here is the info on CLA and fat-loss:
