Do you increase the number of reps and lower the weight through the sets?
I wouldn't advise that, you increase the weight and lower the reps as you warm up.
Also, where's the flat bench?

First of all, take our the declines and put in some flat db/bb bench presses in.
Also, do either dumbbell or barbell incline press. No reason to do both.
And why pyramid up? Pyramid down while adding more weight to get a more intense workout. If I we're you and I added more reps and less weights as I went up, I would feel like ****. Starting with lower weights also give you a warm up for the big ones coming up.

start off heavy and decrease with more reps
