fat burning or cardio
when I'm finished working out i try and get on a machine and do some cardio. however there are usually 2 options. "fat burning" or "cardiovascular". I'm trying to get that detail in my arms and stuff so I'm trying to get rid of that thin layer of fat. however, I'm nervous about doing the fat burning program because I'm afraid it will burn off all the calories I'm getting from my quick mass lol i know maybe I'm over thinking this but if anyone has some advice get at me. fat burning or cardiovascular.

My Personal Trainer got me doing 15Min Cardio on the elliptical on my off days 25min on the elliptical. Believe me it works. I this you should do 2 to 3 days a week 15min. Because I want to maintain between 190-200 once I hit 190 I going to do 3 days a week 15min cardio

Can you explain a little more about what you mean when you say "fat burning" and "cardiovascular"? Not sure exactly what you are asking...

Could you clarify that? He got you doing 15 mins on the elliptical on your off days? (I'm confused about the end of the first sentence, you say "25min on the elliptical.) thx

I have a treadmill that has almost the same thing. It has 6 options, 2 of them being ''Cardio'' and ''Fat Burning''- I've tried both for 20 minutes and Cardio is much harder ( no idea why? ) Not really sure about the difference

cardio make your pulse higher depending on you age. it make me go over 130 pulse but not higher than 170 pulse. The Cardio option is better
