i cant do as many reps the next week with the same weight as the week before. Im currently bulking so i should be gaining strength right?

I would say that at your age that may well be a little too much.
My advice to you is to try a 3 day spilt
Chest/Back
OFF
Legs
OFF
Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's
On your rest days do some cardio if you want.
Make sure you are consuming a decent amount of food!
