    is it overtraining if

    i cant do as many reps the next week with the same weight as the week before. Im currently bulking so i should be gaining strength right?

    this past week the only thing i did was add 15-20 minute cardio sessions after every workout and HIIT on off days.

    I would say that at your age that may well be a little too much.
    My advice to you is to try a 3 day spilt
    Chest/Back
    OFF
    Legs
    OFF
    Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's

    On your rest days do some cardio if you want.
    Make sure you are consuming a decent amount of food!
    Remember you don't grow in the gym!!

    ugh, i really hate the idea of less that 5 days. and im taking in about 3000 cals a day. do you think it could be too much cardio? I think ill try that first and if it doesnt help ill try that split. thanks alot man.repped.

    I really belive that 5 days is too much but if can't change your split then yeah drop the cardio and see how it goes.
