Add Leg Work To Increase Arm Size

hey guys, i just read this random article i found on the net and there were some pretty interesting facts on there.... anyway this one got my attention

"The body seems to have built-in mechanisms that prevent the body parts from becoming grossly dis-proportionate.

Many guys skip leg training and focus only on the beach muscles, like chest and biceps.

While they may see some quick results, progress will grind to a halt because the body does not want to become disproportionate."

yes this is true, the body grows in symetry meaning naturally it wont let other parts get really huge while others stay the same size, now if oyu take pro hormones and steroids its a little different, either ways dont neglect legs because they release a lot of free testosterone that will help you grow in strength and size

Listening to crap like compounds for arms and work legs to increase arms is what left me with 28.5" quads and 19" calves pumped, 211lb with 15" arms........work your damn arms, don't do all compounds for arms, isolate them aswell.
