How to: heal broken/bruised Knuckle(s) (Serious)

What can you do to heal your knuckle faster
will rubbing make it worse
how is it best to apply heat once the swelling goes down

for a bruised knuckle it can take as little as a month to heal
for a broken knuckle it may take upwards of 6-8 weeks to heal

if the pain is unbearable you may have completely fractured a knuckle and will indeed require going to get it fixed and a cast

I've had that happen to me several times before. There really isn't anything you can do except let it recover on it's own. Applying heat doesn't really help it any and applying cold packs only numb it and reduce swelling a bit. If you've brusied a bone then there is absolutely nothing you can do aside from for maybe wrapping it when you lift.
