**For all you Trainers** You have 15 minutes to train someone. what do u do?
15 minutes of intense a s s kicking! how would you train them? Be as specific as needed.

Eats carbs @ 11pm
Warm up - 2mins low intensity of the activity you plan to do for the bulk of the workout
Cardio / Conditioning - do a few intervals with them (i don't know the level of your said client however, taking into consideration). For example, instead of doin traditional 30 on 30 off's, do a 45 on 15 off. Work off a higher intensity level, since the duration of workout is like nothin.
Cool Down - 1min low intensity
2mins stretching every major muscle involved in previous activity
So for the exercise you pick during that 10'ish minute period, up to you. You know your client, we don't. However boxing isn't always great imo when workin with such a short time period. It's a tad awkward with the stopwatch and timing everything correctly, when your taking hits yourself. Your own eyes and coordination sometimes is all over the place.
Outdoor sprints is often a handy one. Especially for 10mins. It'd be over before you know it, and the client won't have a chance to even get bored.

thats some good stuff. I was talkin more along the linges of weight training. but what you posted could be intense as crap.

i dont think you can have an effective weight lifting session in only 15 minutes. warming up uses up at least 5, resting as little as 1 min per set uses 4 at least. leaving you with 10 min for training. I would tell the client to get serious about there lifestyle goals and add at least 30 min or dont bother at all.
Going to the gym and lifting heavy weights is the easy part. Nutrition. now thats where the hard work starts.

The variables alone make everyone's answers right & wrong.

First you have to know your target's needs/wants... then you have to figure out if you're going for a partial or full body work out... just cardio... blah blah blah.
What I do for me in 15 mins would be completely out of the question for any of the guys above me, for example.
Interesting concept question though.

warm up for 2 mins
Man Makers for 10 reps with moderate weight (20lbs)
Plyo Leaps for 10 reps
Plyo Pushups for 10 reps
repeat 4 times. Make sure you have water, towel and defibilator ready. lol
The answer is to never be full of sh!t.

Id have them do two sets of squats then superset bench with bet over rows and anytime left over superset hypers with decline abs

I Do It On My Own
lunge x10 each leg w/ weight if can
break for 15 secs
press or pushup x12
break for 15 secs
squat x15
break for 15 secs
close grip row x12
break for 15 secs
Deadlift x12
break for 15 secs
Shoulder press x12
break for 15 secs
Decline Situp
break for 15 secs
Pullups x12
break for 15 secs
this will kicks sum1s ass if u use the right weights..
but as stated earlier..i dont see much benefit other than makin it feel like uve done something. and weights might increase a lil bit after a few sessions..
but tell them if their dedicated enough to at least spend 30 mins workin out.

Agreed. The experience level of the client was never mentioned.

Haha my friend trains at a gym and wanted to change up a father and son's workout for a day, just do something totally new for them for fun.
So I just said "just make them push my car" and that was that.
We hop in, set it in nuetral, turn on the radio, and yell at them to push lol.
I enjoyed watching them do that workout, and they loved doing it.

Anyone actually try to push a car for over 10minutes??? Its HARD (especially good 'ol muscle cars).
Anyway, if this is not a joke question... I would show him 10 exercises that he can do after our 15 minutes is over.
I learn 24/7. I don't pretend to know everything, and I LOVE lifting weights.

30 sec warmup on low bike, level 15 as hard as possible.
2 min ballistic stretching
2.5min rower high pull
7.5min squat strip sets, decrease/increase of 10lb per 5 reps starting at 10% 1rm working up to 95% of 1rm and back down to 10%, then push a car for as long as possible, helping them if they need it.
THEY WILL BLEED!!

15 minute workout? That's easy. I'll just hold thai pads for them for 4 rounds, 3 minutes each round, and 1 minute rest in between rounds. Maybe have them do pushups and squats during the 1 minute rests.
