my multis have been lacking big time... basically everything i have read leads me to believe that most multi's don't even get absorbed at all.. so i started taking this on an articles recommendation and am noticing immediate results. the green tea in it is also a plus. i feel better overall and would recommend this to anyone.

Yes...just finished about 3 hours of research on all the choices for Multi's out there & for price/quality combo this looks hard to beat.

This multi needs to get more love.
