I looked it up on Google:
Zillion Mental Anarchy
Zomi Momno Association
Zoo Management Agreement
Zinc and Magnesium sports bar snack food
Zomi Mother's Association
Zomi Mother's Association sounds like your best bet for 'hanging on to testosterone'...
I also heard that it's an Australian language dialect somewhere.
Other than that, I got nothin'..

Wow I found this on bb.com when I went to the Store on the site.
"ZMA is a scientifically designed anabolic mineral formula. It contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6, and is an all-natural product that has been clinically proven to significantly increase anabolic hormone levels and muscle strength in trained athletes."
Thanks for the research m1k3g0rd.

If you want the real deal on test, there's a book called The Testosterone Edge by Brian E. O'Neill that pretty much explains everything. Aparently there was a study done on ZMA that showed alot of promise but, the study was done by the guy who invented it.

ZMA is Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B-6.
It will only increase your test levels if they are significantly low.

I tried it and am still going through my second bottle.
Without having getting my free test levels evaluated I can't be sure if its doing anything.
there are conflicting studies so you have to pretty much decide for yourself,
The one thing I have noticed is that I sleep more deeply and feel more rested when I take it. That in itself would make it worth it, especially since its such a cheap supp.

I use it, but not to increase test levels but to help me sleep. Works like a charm.

I can tell the difference on the nights I do vs don't take my ZMA pre bedtime.
Dunno about the tesosterone though, I get a shot about once a month and put a vial on about every week on average to help out. I'm low but not low enough for my insurance to pay for me to get more regular treatments.

Really?
Sleep problems have been my nemesis since my military picnic.
You say it's a cost-effective supp so I may have to check it out for the sleep benefits.
Any comment on pricing?
Thanks for mentioning that.

Correct.
They only work if your test is already very low....and then not always.
Most people start taking this type of product and a few days, weeks, months later go Oh, I can tell a difference. Not sure how you can tell a difference unless you had your test levels tested before/after.
Unfortunately there is not much unbiased documentation that supports natural test boosters and their results...

well let's analyze the ingredients
zinc - is a natural 5-alpha reductase (5a) inhibitor. 5a is the chemical that grabs T and turns it into DHT. so zinc blocks the process, which means more T for the uses you want
magnesium - mineral - . It participates in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. A deficiency has been linked to conditions such as irregular heart beat, asthma, emphysema, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, mitral valve prolapse, stroke and heart attack, diabetes, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, migraine, kidney stones, osteoporosis, and probably many more. Magnesium is particularly important when it comes to ensuring the health of the heart and bones. About 99% of the body's magnesium stores are found in the bones and tissues and heart tissue is particularly rich in this important mineral. About half of the body?s magnesium stores can be found in bones, so it is clearly a very important mineral as far as osteoporosis prevention is concerned.Only 1% of the body's magnesium is actually present in the blood so a standard blood analysis is a very poor way of determining overall magnesium status.
so it is good for everything. notice diabetes is on the list. diabetes is a hormone defficiency. so maybe it is useful in helping T. also the "enymatic processes" enzymes are used in the many steps to building T. and last bone health (T figures there too)
so magnesium is maybe
aspartate - aspartaime - sugar substitute - no effect on T
B-6 - Pyridoxal phosphate - aids in amino acid metabolism - probably a yes as far as helping with T
so we have
zinc - yes
magnesium - maybe
aspartate - not
B-6 - yes
I think you have something that should work to help you maintain T levels. However, it may not work for "you". you may have another medical condition which blocks this from having the desired effect - this is just a vitamin supp, that's all.
also, if your t is low, and if this works like a charm, it will only result in a small increase in T. however, at our age any preservation or increase in T is precious - so it would be worth it.
personally, I just use zinc in the morning, and niacin in the late afternoon. (naicin helps in the health of sexual organs [ causes hot flashes too - so you can enjoy menopause along side the wife])
using the simple mineral supps probably csots less, and you get none of the "proprietary formula" garbage that they charge an arma dn aleg for - and it doesn't do anything anyway.
first a blood test, then try it, then a blood test.
blood test should consist of T, free T, LH, FSH, PLA, Estrodials (estrogen) and SHBG - your doc knows what these are. he will tell you that half of these are not necessary, but every man should have these tested at 18 and then 25 and then every 5 years thereafter. in statistics, establishing the baseline is the most important step in the analytical process. so tell him you want the full panel now, and then hang on to that piece of paper more than you protect your wedding ring. every 5 years, repeat the test and simply assess whether you are maintain or losing the vital hormones.
