Now I am planning to cut for 3 months and maintain as much muscle mass as possible, as well as keeping all my lifts the same if not break a few PR's.


Then just steady on from there and more then likely a small surplus bulk untill 2013

good stuff. just make sure you drop your calories slowly and don't cut too fast.

Good plan repped for progress, I've had good results with reverse pyramid training in terms of breaking PR's on a cut. Drop volume, maintain intensity, good luck son

I have a fairly high intensity/volumn 6 day split ATM. Dont know how my body will deal with it on the cut we will have to wait and see

If I start to slack I will change it up to your suggested workout man

Great bulk, you need to cut though. Your face (its kind of hard to tell) looks much fatter, and that is a sign that you put on a decent amount of fat also.

If I was you, I'd go with a Bulk until March 1st, then cut like a champ. Get mad irish babes breah.

Good job, Mike. I've been following your progress since you began. The lighting is off so I can't say much about your chest, but you've put on good mass. I think you're diabetic, right? So it had to be even more difficult for you than others. Good job, though.
