Fat--Thin--Now gonna try and gain some mass.
The first photo was first day of sophmore year... things stayed about that way.. i may have even gotten a little chubbier throughout the course of the year. i started eating healthy and exercising alot more vigorously the end of my sophmore year and i'm just getting my junior year started in the last photo

Horrible before picture, but he's an update on my transformation I posted not too long ago. LIttle over 3 years difference, 70 lbs lost, 100 llbs total (I was 30 lbs heavier before the before pic was taken

I really hated being like that so i made a change at about 16, and just lost a lot of weight due to my diet and exercise. LOL yea I started noticing that after I posted. I guess it's all relative. To me 16-18% BF is still fat just not morbidly obese. But there are def some amazing transformations by others on here dropping more lbs than I weigh. Congrats to everyone.
