Just a head's up bro your finish weight will likely be close to 200 - 190 assuming you wanna get lean.
I will be posting pic's in this topic soon can check out pic's in my bio. Starting Weight 365 September 23rd 2010 current weight as of today 167.4. Most recent pic's of me in my bio I was around 180 - 185 so I'm a little leaner since those.

Lower stomach is by far the worst much like anyone that was my size from what I've seen. Inner thigh isn't my favorite spot either I'm not sure I do any inner thigh workout so maybe if I add one in it will get better over time. Little on my under arm but I suspect once I bulk and gain some size in my arms that will go away.

282 pounds in May to 200 now. The before pic is from May 2010, but I generally avoided cameras back then, so it was hard to find a quality before picture.
I also took around a year from May 2010 - May 2011 just lifting, thinking that I wanted to compete as a heavyweight powerlifter. When I started losing weight, I thought I'd look how I do now at 231... It really is deceptive how much weight you have to lose to get to where you want to be. I'm taking some time off from losing weight for a while and focusing on recomping in this weight range. Before too long though, I'm going to take another go at it and shoot for 180, which will hopefully be my last big spurt of weight loss I ever have to deal with.2011 Weight Loss || Start: 295 lbs MAY: 282 lbs JUN: 266 lbs JUL: 250 lbs AUG: 240 lbs SEP: 225 lbs OCT: 222 lbs NOV: 211 lbs DEC: 205 lbs

nice work mate! You look fantastic! What i find funny is most people have beards/look scruffy in their before pics and not their after ones haha :P
The fat on your lower stomach will go in time. Just critique your diet and adjust the cardio and your gonna be sweet!
edit:
you don't need to fix anything...lol you've come this far
just keep doing what your doing!

My photos didnt load last time. Lets try this again shall we...
2 year progress.jpgAccepting God as the father, Jesus as your savior, and the Holy Spirit as your guide has NOTHING to do with what religion you affiliate with...the only thing that matters is that you have a personal relationship with Jesus, the one who died for YOU. He turns no one away, no matter how messed up you are!

I would say to learn about nutrition, as much as you can by reading about it here on bodybuilding.com and places on the net like livestrong.com and similar sites. You'll find that how much protein, carbs and fat you take in each day and each meal is important to know if you are serious about making a life style change for the better. Also the source of your carbs and fats are critical for good health which leads to weight loss that will be permanent once you have the knowledge about what your putting in your body.
I think many of us had the mind set for years that if we didn't eat starchy foods and treats we were depriving ourselves. But in reality, eating them too often is depriving yourself of good health and physical conditioning and it is NOT a reward at all!
Most don't need a 100% cut off of anything tasty forever, in fact many of the foods that are good for you are also tasty. But things that we know are bad for our bodies have to be kept to a minimum and we need to be honest with ourselves about them when we are tempted. I allow myself one meal off the safe list(Like adding mashed taters and gravy, or a bun with my hamburger, etc) and one treat off the safe list (a couple of cookies or a small slice of pie) once a week and no more. Once i've indulged, I wait a week before allowing it again. Too often we indulge 5 times a day and tell ourselves we rarely do, which leads to all the trouble.
Be honest with yourself and patient and you will make it happen.
Once you get yourself taught to only allow it to happen once a week, try for once every two weeks and see how that goes. Everyone is different, some need to quit the bad foods cold turkey and can do ok that way, so find what works for you.
But we all really need to stop thinking about bad foods as rewards!!!
A lot of people on here are creating inspiration for hundreds, even thousands who never post here! Awesome results are great to see and help everyone to realize it CAN be done and you don't have to buy meal kits to do it!"Where you are now is not important, what matters is where you are headed".
What will be your legacy?

I couldn't agree with you more mate...
It is unreal how many people have zero understanding of how FAT does not make you FAT......
Reading up on how to eat is (i would say personally) 70% of your goal achieved straight away...
Tablets and gastric bands along with magical slim shakes and amazing microwave meals that are advertised as slim meals drives me totally insane..
It makes me chuckle also when i am with work colleagues and am eating greasy bacon and a nice burger with no bun.... And a morbidly obese person says to me "that is so unhealthy you know" How totally wrong it is.......
Society has become a brainwashed feeder of advertisement.... We seldom use sources such as books for information any more....
Domino pizza never shows a fat bloke eating in an advert!!!!!!!!!!!
Please please if you only take one piece of advice from me EVER... Can it be you look up about clean nutrition e,g KETOGENIC CYCLE or similar..
Sorry for going on as this is supposed to be a fat to fit but i am just getting a little stress off my chest......
Thanks all and you have ALL done amazing things.......

I'am not sure how to post up pictures on here, but I started off at 388 lbs back in January of 2010 and my one year mark is around the corner and I'am currently at 191 lbs. It took a lot of work, effort, and patience but I'm glad at what I have accomplished so far. I have progress pictures on my profile take a look and let me know what you guys think. anything is possible

Fat to Fit
Awesome pictures and transformation from everyone! I thought I would drop my pictures on here as well. I really let myself go after college athletics getting up over 300lbs. Still working as we all are to achieve our goals. Finally dropped into the single digit bodyfat after being up at almost 30%. Wishing all of you the best in 2012!
