Okay this is a pretty big request, I only ask because I don't know anything about equipment. If no one wants to do this its cool.
Would someone look at this video, and recomend IPF legal gear for someone with my technique (sumo squat, sumo dead, medium tuck bench). My goal is to buy a bench shirt/squat suit that makes me change my form the least
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCZghjHc8oA
Or if you don't want to watch the vid and just shout out your favorite ipf legal gear that would be helpful too. Just from what I've heard i think i'd like inzer and metal the most

From what ive heard, the Metal single ply bench shirts arent the hottest thing. I have a titan centurion and that thing is amazing for single ply, id recommend it for sure. With sumo deads, id go with a wide stance squat suit, might need one with looser straps for pulling, but very possibly could use the same one that you squat in.
The bench shirt specialist will be able to better help you, but the Inzer/titan single ply shirts are amazing. You dont seem to touch too low, so id think a Fury or Rage would be best, but i could be wrongMy log:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=113353861

i would go with a inzer trx for both your squat and sumo pull i was getting 150+lbs for squat and 100+ for dl
as for bench i would go with the f6 over the rage x its easy to learn and when you master that shirt i would up grade to a katana a/s.
for wraps for ipf i would go with atps strangulators for knee and wristpr's drug free
squat 865 geared / 650 raw
bench 625 geared/455 raw
deadlift sumo geared 650, conventional geared 625 / 645 raw

Well, I've used a Rage X, a Metal IPF shirt, and a Katana. I can say that by far my favorite shirt that I get the most out of is the Katana, hand downs. Thing has crazy pop. I hit a 425 at a 198, a 40 lb PR over my Rage X.
If you have to go for a IPF shirt, I'd say get a Katana. If you aren't competing IPF, go with a double Katana or double Rage X. I've heard great things about both, although no first hand experience.
For a squat suit, I'd go with a Centurion with the NXG+ super. Titan owns the single poly gear imho. Metal is good for multi feds, but titan definately for IPF.
If you need a suit for pulling, I just use the Centurion backwards. All good things to say about Titan.
As for sizing, you're 220 now, I'd recommend a 44 Katana. And it'll be a bitch to fit into, but you should be able to use it all the way up to 242. I bought a 46 at 220 and although it was tight at first, they definately lose their pop quickly so I'd go with a size smaller.
Hope this is helpful?

in my last meet i used a titan centurion nxg super + to squat (by far the best) and a katana a/s in bench (by far the best but not for a beginer)and a in trx to pull sumo in .
the reason i recommended the trx is i only got about 20lbs lees in squat out of it but the centurion was to low cut in the chest for dling (dosent help for lock out)and the centurion digs into the thighs which could lead to the bar catching.
also the reason there are more titan ipf champs is because they have better shipping for over sea orders.if you look at the usa lifts ie. brain siders and wade hoope they where inzer trx'spr's drug free
squat 865 geared / 650 raw
bench 625 geared/455 raw
deadlift sumo geared 650, conventional geared 625 / 645 raw

I actually liked my Titan Centurion 44 wide stance for sumo pulling better than squatting. The Katana is a great shirt too. Right now I'm selling the Centurion to get another suit. Maybe an Inzer single ply for the misses (TRX or Hardcore) or Metal pro gear for me. I don't think you can go wrong with the Titan Centurion 1st, Inzer TRX 2nd, and Inzer Hardcore 3rd.
The only limits you have are the ones you create!

its becuase I never practice touch and go....I'm right now 22 weeks out from my next comp and have already re-introduced the pause. I'll do sets like 225x10 with touch and go but as soon as i move down to the 5's or so it'll be pause every time. Just curious how does touch n' go v pause reflect into a shirt?
