New here :)
Hi all
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm n Ex Ironman triathlete turned bodybuilder coming back from a rough pregnancy (there's a mouthful, lol)
I'm 29 & have alot of muscle to re-gain (& some fat to drop)
Glad to be here

Thanks! I'd really like to go back to do another Ironman sometime in the future, but the time commitment is not in my cards anytime soon, lol. Maybe when my kid starts college :P
Plus, I much prefer what the bodybuilding does to my my body!

Wow, you did ironman's?? I couldn't even imagine doing one leg of those races, let alone all three legs. I think that's amazing
