Hi everyone,
I have started taking whey protein (it contains just about 20g of protein each serving). My question is, is taking too much of this stuff a bad thing? I mean what if during a given day i accidentally lose count and take 2-3 times the recommended amount of protein (1-1.5g per 1lb of body weight). Would this have any side effects or would it just be a lot of protein?
