My progress 230lbs to 190lbs
Hey everyone, I haven't posted in these forums for quite some time. Finally got a chance to take some new progress pics yesterday. For those that don't remember me, I used to be about 230lbs when I played football in college. Ever since I reached my concussion limit :\ and unable to play any longer I've been trying to cut. Currently I am 190lbs. Haven't maxed in bench or squat in awhile, but I got 295x8 reps in bench yesterday and 315x4 so prob around 350ish. My squat when I played football was 505 haha I tihnk its like 365 now on a good day.
Anyways here are some before and after pics, I think you will be able to tell which ones are which hah. Always appreciate any comments, thanks!

Well I lost most of the bulk last summer. A lot of it was diet, I used to eat everything and huge portions of it. Once I got that under control, I just would eat healthier foods like turkey wraps or chicken breasts with veggies and just have small consistent meals throughout the day. I stopped drinking beer, soda, basically just lots of water and vitamin water. I also got into running. I was used to intense cardio from playing football, it was just continuing to keep that intensity high while training by myself. I started off doing 1-2 miles every other day. Currently I run 3-4 miles every other day and on the weekend, either saturday or sunday I push myself to go 5 miles. I just ran a 5 mile race a few weekends ago a few towns over and finished a little over 40 min. Furthest I ever ran
But yeah, diet and cardio, along with a good weight lifting routine is key.
Here are 2 more current pictures from yesterday
