Body Transformation
I saw a picture of myself late last year around thanksgiving time and realized that I had really let myself go (like so many others do). I decided to make a change in my lifestyle to eat right and exercise. I wanted to use a program to get me on the right foot and guide my discipline. A buddy of mine was getting awesome results with P90X, the beachbody product... so I decided to give it a try.
I started on 1/1/08 at 166.5lbs and not sure my bodyfat because I was too pi**ed at myself to even know what it was. All I know is I had a 33W pants that was tight on me. I had 1 cheat meal in 455 meals during those 91 days of the P90X program. The program ended on 3/31/08. I didn't use any of beachbody's suppliments because I found they were too overpriced, so I used my own purchased from this website.
I took a 3 week break from exercising on a rigid basis and then decided to do another round of P90X to kick my butt again. I'm currently in week 5 of the program and I'm currently 146.5lbs, fit in a size 28W pant... and still not sure of my bodyfat. I know a lot of people bash the program because it's an infomercial, but it worked for me. I was a doubter until I actually tried doing it a few weeks. The program will not get you huge, but it will sure get you into 'fit' shape. If some people are looking to obtain that physique, I would suggest that program to try.

The more that I see of the P90X program the more that I want to try it. People seem to get pretty good results out of it.

Out of all my goals for 2009, a BW barbell bench for reps is the most insane one that I have.

It's like any other program, its 80% diet & 20% workouts. The workouts even months later still kick my butt, so I can't deny they are on to something.
