I've been taking ZMA off and on since 17. It will help with sleep, that is all.
Good day,

Valarian Root and Gaba need to have their doses increased as the body builds up a tolerance.
I've had great experiences with improving my REM sleep and recovery.

i've read about zma a bit, you have to take it before bed on an empty stomach... trouble is i never have an empty stomach...
i'd have to grab my container but i think animal pak has a good grip of zinc. i take a pack every other day (prolly not the best approach for it) so i think i'm good on zinc, and i've never had a problem getting good sleep.

You don't have to take it on an empty stomach. Just not with calcium.

I didn't know VR needed increased dosage. Thanks. I use ZMA and occasionally VR. Last night I took 1g VR before bed, and I had some nice sleep that's for sure.
You also don't have to take ZMA at night, at least I don't. It builds up in my body and usually takes 3-4 days to kick in, and usually 2-3 days to not notice difference in sleep (if I were to stop taking it).
I might try this combo you speak of. I just got some Phenibut, but I don't want to go crazy with that. GABA seems more... uhh... "safe"..?
