    Looking for a 'skinny fat' home workout

    Looking for a home workout and nutritional plan.
    I'm 33, 146 lbs, 5 11 with a bit of a pectus chest and skinny fat belly.
    i've gone to the gym in the past but never really got great results as i did a bit of everything without really following a structured plan.
    So now I'm looking to do a home workout where i could hopefully bulk up a bit without all the extra weight going to my stomach.
    I have lots of dumbbells, long bar and bench press bar, exercise bike and medicine ball.
    Appreciate any help

    As long as you have the proper equipment, you can do any one of the programs listed in the thread in my sig. There are 2 good ones up in the sticky section as well.

    But if you do not, then take said program to the gym and workout there again.
