    Just diagnosed with Hernia--Out of Service

    Well I'm out of the gym for a few weeks now. I was just diagnosed with a hernia...wonderful feeling to hear your guts are spilling downwards...

    Anyone have any experience with how long downtime is afterwards and what it costs with insurance?
