k for those who dont know me...i just had a baby almost 2 months ago. ( she died)and i have been trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy size.
so far i have lost 30 pounds and have my ankles back, which if you have had a baby you know how exciting that is! lol.
anyway. i've been training everyday and went back into my lifting schedule, with added cardio, however i can't seem to get that stupid lower belly pudge, it feels like its still full of water and fat, so anyone have any ideas?
i want this gone! lol. PLEASE HELP!
