Do you have music? Since I'm the only one in the gym, I play my tunes on a boom box. That way I don't have to have wires hanging down from my ears. Just seems a little safer to me.

i don't ever use a trap bar, i use the barbell for shrugs and deads. If i had the room i'd get a roman chair and buy a dip belt but there's no room left in the garage.

hams would be stiff leg dead lifts and hack squats using a barbell. calves i can do w/a barbell on me like in squats except just put my feet on the edge of my squat platform so i can flex my calves. i'll also do calves at the gym i go to on my week off from work.

I think i'm going to buy kettlebells from here:
    http://bestbuyfitness.com/Search.asp...x=0&search.y=0
Cheapest site i found so far. I plan on getting 20lb,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,70, and 80lb. one of each.

Don't know if others mentioned those, I did not read it all. here it goes:
Glute ham bench, I consider it, barbell, plates and a power rack essential. Best thing you can get for your core, posterior chain training ( raises, stretch situps, hyperextensions, reverse hyperextensions with iron boots, side raises etc ) combine exercises with bands, chains FTW!
Log bar, a good loadable bar like the Dr. Ken's log bar or similar
more grip toys TTK, grip machine, eagle loops, vertical bars, rolling thunder, good wrist rollers ( check www.fatbastardbarbellco.com for excellent ones 2', 2.5" and my favorite 3" ) etc, you already know about ironmind, their stuff is of excellent quality. Sledge hammers for levering, 2' rope for climbing, dragging.
Olympic rings for dips, pullups, suspended rows, pushups, flyes etc.
Get the leverage ball at http://stronger.startlogic.com/index.html, one of the best grip toys I have ever owned.
Thick/fat bars with or without revolving ends, the best are Black Iron bars but they are pricey.
Cut the ends of a 60lb dumbbell and use the block weights to train your forearms.
Pegasus ( Peg2 )to train your wrists and forearms ( great gadget ) get it at http://www.fractionalplates.com/cgi-...t/PDAstore.cgi.
Some other toys I like are bullworker ( good for isometric training ), chest expander, power twister.
As far as kettlebells go i would get only the official weights 16kg, 24 kg and 32 kg, you don't need them in 5lb increments. Dragondoor has the best quality, but any will do.
Good Olympic bar that whips to learn Olympic lifting. Snatch is the best single exercise as far as total development goes. It develops muscles, strength, balance, flexibility and speed. I own Pendlay, American made bar, excellent quality and costs only half of what the other good bars go for.

That should give you something to aim for ;-)

You can get 4 lb shot puts to give your hand a massage, use them just like you would chinese meditation balls, extra weight will do your fingers good. Train you finger extensors with expand your hand rubber bands it will help keep your elbows healthy.

Some of this stuff may be redundant, I just glanced over the other posts quickly.

    Cheers!

4 stations, lat pull down, curling side, then t-bar row side, then triceps side. No idea what they're supposed to be called. lat and t-bar side go up to 300lbs, curl side is 100lb and tricep side is 150lb.

    Dumbells, 5lb-115lb in 5lb increments. I'm missing 45lb,50lb, and 105lb pairs
