    Oh well another one... read the stickies please! There is no magic workout program, specific rep range or number of sets, etc. that will make you gain "loads of mass". You don't gain the mass by just working out... you need to eat right too! Anyway here is a thread started by a great user that explain all you need to know if you're a newb:
