pharmacist, housing market hasn't bottomed, parents don't mind me living here, they won't take any money for bills so i buy groceries alot.

My parents said i can stay till they move back to California, also said I can go with or stay here. By then Ill have my bachelors degree. Just got associates, looking for job that will pay for schooling to get bachelors

I made just over $40,000 last year and still live with my parents. I live with them b/c I just quit my job at the beginning of the year to go to school full time. I went from making $40 + to $5,000/year........it sucks.
I was a truck broker. We connect big companies (walmart, Sanderson Farms, Pilgrims) to truck lines to haul their freight all over the country.

I know a lot of people in southern California over 50k that live with their family. Saves a ton of money. People shouldn't rush so quickly into home purchases.

I took 17 hrs last semester and I start my 15 hrs this summer Monday. I am a JR so I still have a little ways to go.

Ok...i am moving BACK IN with folks nextyear. Other way round OP..
I am 27 years of age
I am a Chartered accountant in the UK with other interests. Property, family business, shares etc..
Once i move back i am not gonna leave for a while as my parents are in ill health.
I make around 100k US give or take. This does not include income from other means..
By 35 or less i aim to be on $300k+
