    I love working out in the early AM. That way is it done. My workout has ALL OF MY COMPLETE FOCUS. When I use to workout in the afternoon and evening my mind would wonder through the events of the day. For me, AM workouts are the most productive.

    I agree with this...the only thing for me is my energy levels aren't quite as high in the morning, but I love having the focus that I have in the morning.

    My energy levels use to be the same. I use to roll straight out of bed and hit the gym. However someone recommended that if I could, get up at least 45 minutes earlier and eat. Walk around the house, or even outside to wake myself up.

    Getting up at 3:30am everyday is not easy, but once I am up and rolling I am great by the time I get to the gym....

    I can see this...it gives your body, cns and brain a chance to wake up. My main problem would be getting to bed early enough to make this feasible...plus knowing me I'd be dozing off on those mid afternoon conference calls
