Ben, I truly appreciate your confidence and support. Yourself and others have set the pace for the rest of us, and have shown us what it takes to be a pro. HARD WORK is it!
Yes, 405 for reps will be acheived.
Thanks Penny.
And thrashed it was. I already cannot wait to kill the wheelz tomorrow...

That's the plan bro! Leg's and Backs win shows. So I have been plowing both!
I love working out in the early AM. That way is it done. My workout has ALL OF MY COMPLETE FOCUS. When I use to workout in the afternoon and evening my mind would wonder through the events of the day. For me, AM workouts are the most productive.

My energy levels use to be the same. I use to roll straight out of bed and hit the gym. However someone recommended that if I could, get up at least 45 minutes earlier and eat. Walk around the house, or even outside to wake myself up.
Getting up at 3:30am everyday is not easy, but once I am up and rolling I am great by the time I get to the gym....

Never tell me I cant, wont, or aren't strong enough, cause that will guarantee that I can, will, and AM strong enough.

Tony, your last post in peach's thread was awesome & inspiring. I'm glad I pushed thru my morning blah & hit cardio, especially after reading that.
Is it obsessive/crazy if I purposely don't use the snowblower for the sake of getting in more cardio, 'shovel-style'?
You're awesome, last thing I'm gonna say.
