If you visit the store there are a lot more than protein bars and shakes in the store... Eggwhites, pancakes, and more

Careful though, you arn't really getting any real food in. Watch the macro/micro nutrients.
Got a sample diet?

How much $$ do you figure this will cost you? I suggest you at least eat some fresh vegetables. Good luck though.

Isaac gets all the ladies. See if they'll hook you up with some digestive enzymes so you don't offend anyone from all those protein vapors.

I think the idea is pretty damn sweet but just ridiculous to think about.
You should ONLY wear BB.com clothing as well.

there are so many things wrong in this paragraph that i am worried that you are gonna mess yourself up with this "scheme"... crash dieting, with no whole foods is dangerous, and by the looks of it, you are merely playing a game with your health.
preworkout nutrition is extremely important, and you did a 90minute workout on vitamin c and hydroxycut... also, within 2 hours you took 3g of vitamin c... you know that your gonna urinate much of that out, right???

Controversy continues. As I said in the beginning some think it is great, others think it is horrible. Love it or hate it, follow along and you'll see how it goes.

Thanks for the concern but I'm confident I'll be ok.
I work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomache and have never had anything to eat before I work out. AFTER I workout is when I take in food. I've competed in two shows and been ripped, it seemed to work ok for me.
Ah ya, I'm well aware of the vitamin c. I did it to flush my system. Stick around and see how it goes.

You said it yourself - by urinating more than usual. Drinking more water and taking in more vitamin C "flushed" my system. It works for me, I'm not a doctor nor am implying anyone should do what I do.
Who says what is right and what it wrong? There are several diets out there that work. What works for me may not work for you. I'm trying something different to see how it goes. Has anyone else done this? Not to my knowledge. God forbid someone do something outside of the norm.
Yes I do have pics. Enjoy my friend.

you would urinate the same, but it'd be heavily laden with vitamin c since its water solluble???? also, you obviously know what your doing and whatnot, so imma leave it alone, even tho it makes no sense.... so many of those bars/powders are full of sugar and should be avoided on a diet. And a crash diet to make up for a month or two of not working out at all is no good.
buttttt best of luck
edit: pictures look great

Beautiful thing about America we can all have an opinion. You think it makes no sense, others think it is great and some are waiting to see.
I am using it to jump start my summer and get back on track. I appreciate the lectures and your concern. Watch the next 26 days and see what happens.
