I walked into GNC today just to buy some plain old Creatine Monohydrate. The worker over there started asking me what I want and what I'm trying to achieve. He then suggested that instead of buying the Creatine, I should just buy Ultimate Nutrition's Iso-Mass Xtreme Gainer instead. It has 7 different forms of creatine in it so I can just take that along with the protein I'm already taking instead of adding the Creatine since I'm trying to gain some mass.
I walked in there expecting to walk out with some Creatine to help with my gains, and from what I've read about it, it seems pretty helpful with the protein I'm taking. But, he filled my head with all that info about the Iso-Mass and now I'm confused. What should I buy?
