I've tried a Keto diet once before but I didn't follow it all too well.
I mainly focused on cutting and I did a little bit of bulking.
In 2 weeks I dropped around 20 pounds and 2 waist sizes.
This was due to a lot of water weight and having a lot of belly fat which started coming off very fast.
My workouts included running a mile, doing light lifting, then running another mile and a quarter mile cool down.
I ate mainly vegetables, fruits, fish made in light oil, took Fish oil (Omega 3 fatty acids), ate red meats, and kept my carb intake to a minimum.
I have to admit my energy level was at the highest its ever been.
Unfortunately I stopped 3 weeks into it because my gym membership ran out and school started. Now I have graduated, I am signing up for another membership at Golds and am ready to start once more .
I read the Keto Diet Article and understand it very well.
I didn't see anything about fruits though. I love fruits and they are one of the things that keep me going through my diets because I'm not a big vegetable person.
Are there an fruits you guys can recommend for my diet?
I weigh 220 and will follow a high cardio and light bulking routine.
So if you guys can recommend anything such as supplements, food guides, etc please feel free to. I am hoping to stay on this diet for at least 2 months and then increase my carb intake slightly and begin a high bulking phase.

Fruits are not compatible with a Keto diet, nor is any source of fructose.
You're fine without them, as meats and veggies have far superior macro profile compared to fruit - and your teeth will thank you.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
